Privacy policy

This page explains what Syed Solar Energy collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: the quotation request, the contact form, the service request and the careers form. That is your name, phone number and, where you give it, your email address and address, together with your message and, for a quotation, the appliances and load you list.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers a few settings in your own browser, such as the seasonal theme, and nothing about you is collected unless you send a form.

What we use it for

To reply to you: to prepare your quotation, answer your question, arrange a survey or a repair, or consider your job application. We may call, message you on WhatsApp or email you about the request you made. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Where it is kept

In our own database, hosted by Supabase, which only our staff can read after signing in. Quotation and installation records are kept for as long as we support the system we installed, because they hold its warranty and service history.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except for records we must keep for an installation, its warranty or our accounts. Email sales@syedsolarenergy.com or contact us and we will reply.
