FAQs

Solar questions we are asked in Peshawar

If yours is not here, call us or send a message and we will answer it.

What is the difference between a daytime and a hybrid system?

A daytime system runs your load directly from the panels while the sun is up, with no batteries. It is the cheaper option and suits homes and shops that use most of their power during the day. A hybrid system adds a battery bank so solar, battery and grid work together, which means you still have power at night and through load shedding.

How much can I save each month in Peshawar?

Most homes save between 30% and 60% of their bill, depending on how much they use, when they use it, and the size of the array. Send us a recent bill and we will work out the figure for your own usage rather than quoting an average.

What size system do I need?

It depends on the load you run at the same time, not on the size of your house. Use the load calculator on this site for a first estimate, then we confirm it during the site survey.

How long does an installation take?

The installation itself takes one day on site for a typical home. Before that come the site survey and the equipment delivery, which we schedule with you when you accept the quotation. Larger commercial sites take longer.

Do you handle the net metering application?

Yes. We prepare the documentation and follow the application through to approval. The charge for it is shown as a separate line on your quotation, so you can see exactly what it costs.

What warranty do I get?

Panels carry the manufacturer's performance warranty, and inverters carry a five-year warranty on the brands we supply. We handle warranty claims on your behalf rather than sending you to the importer.

Can I add batteries or more panels later?

Yes, if the system is designed for it. Tell us at the quotation stage that you plan to extend, and we will size the inverter and the structure so the upgrade is straightforward.

Do you repair systems you did not install?

Yes. We do board-level repairs, firmware updates and preventive maintenance on all the major inverter brands, using genuine parts.

How long is a quotation valid?

Seven days. Equipment prices move with the exchange rate, so we hold the figure for a week and re-quote after that.

Which areas do you cover?

Peshawar and the surrounding districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. For sites further out, transport is quoted separately.

Still not sure?
