Solar system price in Peshawar: 3kW to 20kW

The price of a solar system in Peshawar is set by three things: the panel capacity in kilowatts, the inverter your load calls for, and whether there is a battery. The battery is the largest single swing: a hybrid system with lithium storage costs roughly twice as much as a daytime system with the same panels. We do not publish a rate list, because equipment prices follow the exchange rate and a figure without your load behind it is wrong for most readers. Instead your quotation is free, itemised line by line, and holds for seven days.

What each size produces

In this region a well-oriented, unshaded array yields roughly four kilowatt-hours a day for every kilowatt of panels, averaged across the year. Summer days give more and short winter days less, so treat these as yearly averages rather than a promise for any one month.

3kW: about 12 units a day, or 360 a month. Lights, fans, a fridge and a television in daylight, for a small house or a shop that closes at sunset.

5kW: about 20 units a day, or 600 a month. The commonest family size: fans, lights, a fridge, a television and one inverter air conditioner, which together draw about 2,200 watts and sit comfortably on a 5kVA inverter.

10kW: about 40 units a day, or 1,200 a month. A larger house running two or three air conditioners, or a busy shop or office.

15kW and 20kW: about 60 and 80 units a day. Large houses, offices, clinics, schools and small factories. At this size the survey matters most, because a three-phase supply, the roof area and the peak draw of motors all change the design.

What a quotation pays for

Every quotation we issue lists each part separately: panels, inverter, mounting structure, protection equipment, DC and AC wiring, labour, and transport. A battery, if you want one, is its own line, and so is the net metering application. You can see what each part costs rather than being handed one figure.

Panels are the most predictable line, because they are priced per watt and the brands are comparable. The inverter and the battery are where two quotations for the same size really differ, and where a cheap figure usually hides an undersized unit.

Transport is quoted on its own so that a site outside Peshawar can see exactly what the distance costs instead of finding it folded into a larger number.

Why per-watt prices mislead

A price per watt compares panels fairly and complete systems badly. Two 10kW quotations can carry the same panels and very different inverters, structures and protection, and a per-watt figure hides exactly the parts that decide whether the system is still working properly in ten years.

Compare quotations line by line instead: the same panel wattage and brand, an inverter rated for your actual peak load, a structure built for the roof, and protection equipment that is listed rather than assumed.

What a battery adds to the price

A battery buys you the evening and load shedding, not a lower bill. If most of your use is in daylight, a daytime system returns its cost fastest and has nothing to replace in eight years.

If you do need backup, the battery is sized in kilowatt-hours from what you want to keep running and for how long. Lights, fans, a fridge and a television for five evening hours is about 2.5 kWh; an air conditioner overnight changes that figure completely, and the price with it.

Lithium batteries last eight to ten years, so over the life of the panels you will buy storage more than once. Budget for it at the start.

Cost by system size: questions we are asked

How much does a 5kW solar system cost in Peshawar?

It depends mostly on whether it has a battery: a hybrid 5kW system costs roughly twice a daytime one with the same panels. The inverter and panel brands set the rest. Send us your load or a recent bill and the itemised quotation is free.

10kW solar system kitne ka hai?

A 10kW system produces about 40 units a day averaged over the year. Its price is set by the inverter your load needs and whether you add a lithium battery, which roughly doubles it. We quote from your actual load, itemised line by line, and the quotation holds for seven days.

Solar system lagwane ka kharcha kitna hai?

The cost of getting solar installed is panels, inverter, structure, protection, wiring, labour and transport, each shown as its own line on our quotation. A battery and the net metering application are separate lines you can take or leave.

Why don't you publish a price list?

Panel, inverter and battery prices follow the exchange rate and change week to week, and a figure without your load behind it is wrong for most readers. Our quotation is free and itemised, so you see the real price for your premises instead.

What size solar system do I need?

Divide the units you want to cover each day by four to get the panel capacity in kilowatts: 20 units a day needs about 5kW. The inverter is sized separately, from what you run at the same time. The load calculator on our quotation page does both.
